Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Shipped orders will go out every Monday. Local Pick-Up orders will go out bi-weekly, dates are posted on the home page calendar.
Q: How do I use a pick-up point?
A: Simply select your nearest pick-up point at check-out under "shipping method". Once your order is marked as fulfilled, they will be delivered to the selected pick-up point. You will be contacted via the phone number you provide at check-out (be sure this is correct to avoid delays) to arrange a date and time for pick-up.
Q: How long do I have to pick-up my order?
A: All local orders must be picked up within 14 days of delivery to your pick-up point. If your order is not picked up within 14 days, you have the option to be invoiced for shipping ($14.95) or a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our products are made to order, for this reason we cannot accept returns. If you have a problem with your order, please email us within 7 days of receipt at email@example.com and we will do our best to make it right.
